National Kidney Services (NKS) offers several convenient methods to donate household items in Dayton, Ohio, and its surrounding communities. We accept a wide array of household items, including small furniture, electronics, antiques, clothing, and more. By donating to NKS, you can help contribute to a good cause – the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) – and clear your home of clutter at the same time.

Joining our regular donation pickup list is one of the easiest ways for you to donate in Dayton. When you join, we will call you every four to six weeks to ask if you have any items you’d like to donate to NKS and let you know when we will be in your neighborhood. Our trucks are out on the streets of central Ohio communities Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to dark. Just bag or box your tax-deductible* items outside your home and label them “NKS” to have one of our drivers pick them up for you.

You can also request an expedited delivery if you need to have your donations picked up in a week or less, or schedule a Saturday pickup if you have a large quantity of items to donate to NKS in Dayton, such as those left unsold from a yard sale, community sale, or estate sale. We even accept donations dropped off at any of the various Ohio Thrift stores located throughout the greater Columbus area.
